Returns Policy

If an ordered item on KUMA.to product does not meet the expectations of the condition there it is not a problem to contact us. We pay return shipping if the item was not as described. Below are the reasons that qualify for free shipping return.

1. The dimensions given on the page do not match the dimensions of the received product.

2. The clothing item has flaws which were not mentioned in the description. Such as :
holes, stains, no button, a broken lock, excessive signs of wear.

Return shipment must be sent as a parcel which has a tracking number. Only by this way we are able to guarantee the safe return of the package.

For us the most important thing is customer satisfaction so we are confident that we are able to guarantee quick and seamless solution to every problem. Which, of course, we try to avoid.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your paypal account.
